VI. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Karnataka, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karnataka, India.
